support plan can be written for any one of the above
products or all of them.

Delivery
Support
is delivered via our unique bpenet.webex
support/conferencing software. This allows us to see
what you can see and guide you to a solution of your
problem.
There
are only three elements of cost:
When
a problem occurs you call our support centre (+44 1323
769166) and give a brief description of the problem.
To minimise the cost of the call we take down the
problem and book a time with you for us to conduct a
support session. The cost of the support session is
comprised three elements mentioned above.
This
is a new concept in support delivery and means we can
give cost efficient support anywhere in the world.
Pay
as you Go Plan
This
plan is suitable for ad hoc queries. There is a £150.00
Registration Fee per annum (for all Platforms) then a
£0.75 or 1.20 Euro or $1.00 USD per minute charge for
as long as the support session lasts. We do not charge
for the time taken in the initial call in taking down
the detail of your problem.

means that the total cost to you is:

ask for credit card details for this option and will
advise you at the end of the session the amount that
is to be debited.
Formal
Support Contract
For
those of you that want a fixed commitment we offer our
fixed cost plan. The costs are detailed below.
This buys you 200 minutes of support time for
the year. If you go over this time you can purchase
either on the pay as you go plan or take another
pre-paid plan module at a reduced price.
The
fee is taken in advance and can be paid annually in
advance or quarterly in advance.

The
Basic Plan does not include patch updates or DOT
releases, whereas the Gold Plan does.
What
do we Cover
We
will cover issues related to the product being covered
by the contract. We do not cover Hardware issues other
than those related to support specifically given for
RAQ Cobalt Servers.
What
is our response time
We
will book your support session within 4 hours of you
calling. We will always tell you how long we think it
will take to resolve the problem once we have a full
understanding. We will always keep you advised of
progress.
